My first week!!
My arrival in Toronto was very difficult for me because the flight lost my baggage in Detroit. Luckily on the following day they found it. Later all went well. Now I am very happy because my first week in York was very good. I met many people this week in my classroom. I have classmates from different parts of the world. My teacher is a good person and my classmates are very nice. I have learned many things very fast. I feel that everything went well.I am very surprised because my city does not have subway. It is the first time that I travel in subway. It was a great experience. Also I am worried because here the food is very different from in Mexico. In Toronto the people eat hamburgers, hot dogs and pasta, and that food makes people easily. Just I hope not to arrive more fat to my house. Ok I believe that for today is enough. Best Regards!! Bye

I'm sorry you had to go through all that upon your arrival in Toronto. I hope you were not terribly inconvenienced by it. It was great that they found your luggage the next day.
It's incredible how many Canadians eat junk food! Have you seen a documentary called "Supersize Me"? It's about one man's experience of eating at MacDonald's. Quite alarming.
